About the practice
Meridian Heart & Vascular is an independent practice, opened in 2026 so patients could see the same cardiologist every time. Tests happen down the hall, results are explained in plain words, and your own doctor is kept in the loop.

Meet your cardiologist
“Most people leave a cardiology visit with more questions than they came in with. I opened this practice to change that.”
Dr. Marsh is a board-certified cardiologist with eighteen years of practice, the last eleven at a university heart centre, where she led the outpatient prevention clinic. Her focus is the long view: catching heart disease early, and helping patients who already live with it stay active.
She speaks English and Spanish, and still keeps Thursday afternoons for patients who need a longer visit.
Our team
Four people, one office. The person who answers the phone knows who you are.

Sees follow-up and blood-pressure visits, and is the person most patients text with questions between appointments.

Performs every echocardiogram and stress echo in the office. Twelve years in hospital echo labs before joining the practice.

Handles referrals, insurance pre-authorisations and scheduling, so you speak to one person from the first call.
Your first visit
We reply within one business day and book a first visit, usually within the week.
Your doctor's referral, recent tests and medication list. We can request them for you.
Plan on 60 minutes. An ECG is done at the start; an echo can often happen the same day.
You leave with a written summary, and your own doctor gets a copy the same week.
